Professional activities
Performing bronchoscopies (flexible, rigid and interventional) since 2001.
In 2013 he was the leader of the team which introduced endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), APC, laser, cryo-technologies, and stenting to Clinical Center of Serbia
He also performs over 350 rigid bronchoscopies per year for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes and all the above-mentioned procedures
Educational activities
Since 2009. lecturer on numerous local and regional and over 20 international meetings, conferences, and congresses, including ECBIP 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2025 and WCBIP 2018, 2020 and 2022.
Co-organizer and lecturer at the joint meeting of the Respiratory Society of Serbia and the European Association of Bronchology and Interventional Pulmonology (EABIP) “Update in pulmonology and interventional bronchoscopy” 23.09.- 25.09.2016. in Belgrade.
Member of Organizational Committee and lecturer at the 4th European Congress for Bronchology and Interventional Pulmonology (ECBIP) held in Belgrade from 27- 30.04.2017.
The organizer of the School of Bronchoscopy-Continuing Medical Education course in University Clinical Centre of Serbia. Main goal-to train pulmonologists to perform and maintain competence in bronchoscopy and interventional pulmonary procedures.
Organizer of the international course within the Bronchoscopy Education Project supported by WABIP "Introduction to flexible bronchoscopy and faculty development program" held in Belgrade from September 28th to September 30th, 2017.
Lecturer and instructor at the EABIP Endoscopy Workshop “Journeys in Bronchology” 2018-2025
